I am continuously looking for the most current and provocative articles concerning workers' compensation, avoidance of unnecessary disability, medical management and other related disciplines for publication to the workers' compensation administrators of North America and beyond. Research into the the historical change in the prevalence of causality litigation in workers' compensation cases, as a subcontractor to the University of California at Berkeley, 2009. Revision of the Navajo Nation Workers' Compensation Act, as a consultant to the Navajo Nation Department of Justice. |
Additional Activities
I am currently engaged in a legislative initiative before the U.S. Congress to reform the Federal Bankruptcy Code to restructure the manner in which certain workers' compensation claimants are treated. See my Publications and Contact page.
